1. What we collect
We collect account details you provide (such as name, email, phone, and role), content you submit (requests, offers, photos), and basic technical data needed to operate the service (for example device and usage logs).
2. How we use it
We use this information to run Needura: authenticate you, show matching requests and offers, send transactional messages (including verification codes), improve reliability and security, and communicate about the service.
3. Sharing
When you post a request or submit an offer, relevant details may be shown to other users as needed for the marketplace to work (for example category, location, and contact details after an offer is approved). We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host and operate the platform, or when required by law.
4. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts and content, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices
You may update profile information in your account and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some data may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
